Welcome, I'm honored you're here.

I've found my life's purpose and joy in providing holistic and identity-affirming psychotherapy for women 18 and older. Nothing brings me greater meaning and excitement than supporting women in pursuing joy, internal peace, and feeling authentically successful. As a woman of color born and raised in Oakland, CA, I opened my private practice intending to help women break through the reverberating limitations that trauma, anxiety, and depression create. While my work has often been described as "helping women to realize their dreams" by people who know me professionally, the truth is that I see my work as helping women claim their right to change, grow, and thrive unapologetically.
