Between the nonstop pace of Bay Area life and the burdens you carry, this is your place to transform, and take a break from performing.

Expert therapy in person in Rockridge, Oakland and online across California.
Book individual or group sessions within days. Now welcoming new clients for individual therapy and skills-based anxiety and stress management groups.

You’ve done the self-help work. Read the books, journaled, and meditated.

But certain patterns still pull you back, overthinking until you can’t act, shrinking yourself in relationships, doubting your worth despite your accomplishments.

The truth? These patterns are stubborn because they’re survival strategies you’ve used to navigate the challenges in life, but now, they’re no longer useful.

In our work together, you’ll replace them with practical, evidence-based skills for lasting confidence, stronger relationships, and a grounded sense of self. I offer individual therapy and support groups using 12+ years of clinical experience, teaching graduate counseling psychology at USF, and advanced certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll identify and help you heal from the root causes of your suffering.

Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are, it’s about creating a life you want to fully live.
Whether you’re navigating high pressure work, demanding relationships, or the exhaustion of anxiety, I’ll help you move through your days with clarity, energy, and self-trust by providing comprehensive mental health care.

  • Move beyond constant worry, panic, and perfectionism. Together we’ll use proven CBT, exposure, and mindfulness strategies to restore focus, calm, and self-trust, so you can excel in your career and relationships without anxiety running the show.

  • Navigate career pivots, relationship changes, and identity shifts with clarity and confidence. Overcome imposter syndrome and make decisions rooted in your values, not fear.

  • Reignite your motivation and joy. We’ll identify the root causes behind low mood, self-criticism, and exhaustion, and help you take purposeful steps toward a life you want to be present for.

“Self-esteem is your ability to see yourself as a flawed individual and still hold yourself in high regard.” Terry Real

This truth shapes much of my work: helping clients hold themselves with compassion while doing the deep work of change.

Psychotherapist

I’m an Oakland native and licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience guiding clients through anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, and trauma recovery. Alongside my private practice, I’ve taught graduate-level counseling psychology at the University of San Francisco, training future therapists in trauma intervention and evidence-based care.

My clients are driven, and often exhausted from giving so much to others. They come to me ready to invest in their own growth and leave with tools that last far beyond the therapy room.
