  • Brief Therapy sessions are grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy and Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapies like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. You’ll leave each session with:

    • A clear focus or goal

    • Personalized strategies and tools

    • Thoughtful “homework” assignments designed to help you practice and apply what we discuss

    • Progress that we track and you can feel in as little as 3 sessions

    Homework is a key part of this process. These small, doable actions outside of session help reinforce what you’re learning, build accountability, and accelerate your progress toward your goals.

  • Your insurance may cover brief therapy through EAP.

    • Format: 30-minute sessions (online)

    • Length: 1–12 sessions, depending on your needs

    • Rate: $90 per session (self-pay)

    • Payment Options: EAP benefits, HSA/FSA cards, or self-pay
