Therapy as an Investment
Therapy is an investment in your mental, emotional, and relational well-being. My clients work with me because they’re ready for deep, lasting change, and they value having a skilled, seasoned therapist to guide that process.

I offer therapy in my Oakland Rockridge office and online sessions for clients anywhere in California. You can choose in-person, virtual, or a combination, whatever fits your life best.
I work with adults and teens (15+) navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, perfectionism, and life transitions, especially those who feel overwhelmed yet want something more grounded, intentional, and sustainable.

Initial Consultation: Free (15 minutes)
Individual Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session
Group Therapy: $85 per 60-minute weekly session (4–6 participants)

I am not in-network with most insurance plans. This allows me to offer highly individualized care without the limitations of insurance-based treatment, such as session caps or restricted approaches.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement (often 50–80%) for out-of-network mental health services.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If I’m not in-network with your plan, you can:
Request a Superbill from me to submit to your insurance.
Call your provider and ask about “out-of-network coverage for mental health services.”
Use my quick benefits check tool, no phone calls or guesswork required.
Why Clients Choose to Invest in Therapy with Me
My clients are often professionals, leaders, and creatives who:
Want to work with an experienced therapist who combines advanced evidence-based training with a holistic perspective.
Value privacy, flexibility, and personalized attention.
See therapy not as an expense, but as a foundation for living fully, making clear decisions, and maintaining strong relationships.

When You’re Ready, I’m Here
There’s no perfect time to start therapy — just a moment when you’re tired of doing it all alone.
If something in you knows it’s time to move differently, reach out.
We’ll talk, no pressure, and see if it feels like a fit.
