Trauma can impact relationships and attachment to others, making it difficult to be vulnerable or build trust. Research shows that human connection is essential to positive health outcomes.
Intergenerational trauma often shows up as estranged family relationships, as each generation suffers in emotional silos.

My Approach to Healing
Working with trauma requires a substantial amount of trust and collaboration. In my work with trauma, I use a combination of Narrative, Somatic, and CBT interventions to help you process traumatic experiences. My goal is to help your mind and body learn to recognize the difference between danger and safety in people and situations.
Moving Forward
After our work together, you will be able to connect with safe people and situations and hold boundaries with unsafe family, friends, and others without guilt. You'll feel more at ease and not constantly on high alert when it's unnecessary. You will learn to find peace and a sense of belonging in the world.
