Clinical Supervision for Therapists and Associates in California

You're stepping into one of the most meaningful professions there is—and you don't have to do it alone.

Becoming a therapist is equal parts inspiring and overwhelming. You're learning to hold space for others while navigating your own growth, figuring out who you are as a clinician, and probably questioning yourself more than you'd like to admit. That's exactly where supervision comes in—and where I come in.

Supervision with me is different. It's not just about checking boxes or reviewing cases. It's a space where you can actually breathe, think out loud, mess up, ask the "dumb" questions (spoiler: they're never dumb), and figure out what kind of therapist you want to be—not who you think you're supposed to be.

Whether you're wrestling with a tough case, trying to integrate what you learned in grad school with the reality of the therapy room, or just trying to survive your practicum without burning out, we'll work through it together. I'll help you build a clinical framework that actually makes sense to you, not one that feels like you're wearing someone else's shoes.

Here's how I work: I'm relational, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in your growth. I use an integrated developmental approach, which is a fancy way of saying we start where you are and build from there—your strengths, your style, your questions. I'm trained in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and Advanced Clinical ADHD, plus I have deep experience with family systems and attachment work. I've supervised in schools in Oakland, community mental health in San Francisco and Berkeley, and private practice, so I get the different worlds you might be navigating.

But more than the letters after my name, I remember what it's like to be new. I know how hard it is to hold complexity for your clients while also managing your own stuff. Supervision with me means someone's holding that complexity with you—and helping you take care of yourself in the process.

Let's talk. I offer supervision online throughout California and in-person in Oakland. If this resonates, schedule a free consultation and let's see if we click. I'd love to support you as you step into this work.
